It’s a proven fact: When we write down what we eat, we eat less. Tracking our food intake is a HUGE factor in weight loss success.
If you’re having problems staying within your daily target try starting your tracker at 5pm rather than first thing in the morning. Your day would then begin at 5pm and end the following day at 4:59pm. Your daily target is set up for a 24 hour day, but that day can start at anytime YOU choose.
I find “upside down” tracking to be SO MUCH MORE LIVABLE for me and maybe you will too. Flexibility within a framework is WHERE IT’s AT!!! To be successful long term, customize those guidelines to fit YOUR own REAL life!
