Melted Chocolate Carmel in an Apple
It’s simple, fast, sweet and filling….What’s not to love???
Core an apple
Sprinkle with cinnamon and sweetener to taste*
Warm cored apple in the microwave-times will vary but approx. 2 min
Open a Weight Watchers Chocolate Carmel Mini Bar and stuff in apple
Microwave again for about 30 seconds-
Don’t over heat the chocolate, just melt it.
Cut up with knife and fork and ENJOY!
*Sweetener and cinnamon is optional. I use Stevia because I like mine sweet, but it’s up to your taste.
