Teresa is one of my best friends and we always laugh when we say this quote! We KNOW it’s true, but planning ahead can be a challenge at times. We learn over and over again (in lots of different life lessons, not just weight loss) how effective PLANNING AHEAD is when we JUST DO IT!

It’s Wednesday and I am hoping that by now you have been to the grocery store and you can answer the question above! If not, it’s pretty important that you take some time ASAP to set yourself up for healthy success. Planning ahead is a PROACTIVE use of your time. It will ensure that you follow through on the healthy behaviors needed to lose the weight you want to lose. Pre-planning SAVES you time in the long run…so make it a priority!
