As I sit here and write, my thermometer says it’s -3* outside!!!!! Now THAT is cold!!! This time of year, when it’s difficult to keep our activity level as high as we would like it, it is even more important to track our food intake accurately and consistently. Those BLTs (bites, licks and tastes) can add up and without extra activity, unfortunately they will more easily show up in the scale.
Say “no thanks” to extra helpings and over sized portions and YES to curling up with a cup of hot tea, a warm blanket and a book! When spring comes, we will be happy we made the most of our time now.
This dessert may help because it’s not only decadent, it’s made with healthy, whole ingredients that will help you stay fuller, longer. It came from Lyndee in Naperville who just hit her goal weight yesterday!!! She lost 107 pounds!!!!!! YES, your read it correctly, SHE LOST 107 POUNDS and looks as amazing as she feels!!!!!! Woooooohoooooo, Lyndee! You did it!! You inspire us! Thanks for the food idea and beautiful photo!!!
Stay warm!
