Hi Terra,

I discovered the Idahoan brand microwavable mashed potato cups at the grocery this weekend. You just add water and microwave and you have a nice sized serving of mashed potatoes. I also brought frozen veggies, microwaved them and mixed it all together.

The potato cups have several different flavors. I had the Loaded Baked Potato flavor today, yum.

I bought them at Walmart.
