No step is too small. No action is worthless. The process of changing our habits is one of many, many small actions modified consistently over time. If you become frustrated, remember that we are striving for progress NOT perfection. Bringing yourself back to a state of gratitude will help you to see your progress clearly and help you to recognize that living healthy and taking care of the body we have been given is a privilege, not a chore. When we are grateful for what we already have, we are open to receive more. As we feel better, we have more to give and share with others. As Mother Teresa said, our strength lies in the small things, so don’t allow yourself to skip over or discount them.—-
