“Yesterday I took a nice evening walk with my new Sketcher Shape Ups, which btw, I love! I got so warm I even took my sweatshirt off and was totally comfortable in a t shirt and capris. Today I wake up to snow. Please, tell me why we live here again??? The ocean? No. The mountains? No. The beautiful scenery? Well, I like the Geneva Commons but wouldnt say it is “beautiful”. Anyway, if you have not looked out the window yet, there really is snow on the ground and it’s pretty windy out but “this too shall pass” so I am heading out for my run. THANKGOODNESS for my running girls, because without my committment to meet them, I KNOW I would roll back over in my warm bed and say “Forget it”!!! Stay your course today and by next week the nice weather is bound to be back. None of us are alone, it IS a tough time of year, but we are tougher. “
