OMGosh……It’s a B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L day today! Even at 5:15am, all I had to wear was shorts and a tank top to run and I wasn’t the least bit cold!! Afterwards, I walked Oakley and neither of us wanted to come back inside!

The best part about living in the Midwest is the appreciation we gain when the weather finally breaks and we get to experience life outdoors again! I’m not sure folks in the warmer parts of the country can comprehend the pure joy we feel when we can finally go outside without a coat! It almost makes our winters worth it!!

So today, as the birds are singing, the flowers are starting to bloom and you can feel the warm sunshine, take the time to move around and start enjoying the next phase of your life. Give some thought to your health and your goals and what you want to have happen this spring. Today is the day to start doing it.
