How do you feel? Are you headed in the direction of what’s MOST important to you in your life?
Remember, time is irrelevant…just keeping taking steps, no matter how small, toward the goal you want to achieve. If you want to be at a healthy weight, ACT as though you are a person ALREADY at a healthy weight. Treat yourself that way in your thinking and your behaviors. DO the things that people at their goal weight do. If you want it and you focus on it, you’re going to get it….so start acting like it!!! This IS it. TODAY is your life, not weeks or months from now.
We so often become discouraged when we don’t see what we consider to be “BIG” results, but that’s how achieving any goal works!
The most important thing is to take action and KEEP taking action whenever you can. Set backs WILL happen. You will most likely over indulge in one way or another on your journey….EVERYONE does…the difference in people who actually lose the weight and keep it off is that they get right back on track.
