I found the recipe for Trader Joe’s Lentil Salad. I added chopped apple and used half a bottle of the dressing.

LENTIL SALAD

1 Pkge TJ’s Steamed Lentils
1 TJ’s Healthy 8 Chopped Veggie Mix
1 Bottle TJ’s Champagne Pear Vinaigrette (I used half the bottle)

Mix and Serve

Suggested Add ins: Cooked Chicken, Feta Cheese, Gorgonzola Cheese, Avocado, Diced Apples, or Diced Pears!

Really filling and good.
