This recipe/food idea came from Gretchen, a Lifetime member who is successfully keeping off the roughly 50lbs she lost years ago. She’s a phenomenal cook and has such creative ideas for fresh, flavorful food. Thanks for sharing…love your ideas…and congrats on your ongoing success!!

Gretchen used this slicer to cut raw zucchini into spaghetti like “noodles’. She then topped it with her favorite marinara sauce, which she gets at Josef’s Meat Market in Geneva, and a little bit of Parmesan cheese. It’s served cold.

Super summery dish that we can fill up on. Who doesn’t love they idea?????
