Chicken/Bacon Sausage w/Pineapple

Hi Terra,

I came up with a new recipe that is fast and filling!

Serves 2

2 Aidelles chicken, pineapple bacon sausage (got it at Jewel and pictured above)

Fresh pineapple cubed (as much as you want)

Sugar snap peas, stringless (1 bag)

4 peppers cut Into strips and tossed
with 1 tsp of olive oil and kosher salt

4 Chopped green onions.

1. Put the peppers in aluminum wrap and grill until soft or roast in the oven.

2. Heat a non stick pan and then add 1 tsp of oil. When it is hot, stir fry the sugar snap peas and onions until tender; then add the cubed pineapple and the sausage, which just has to be heated.

3. Finally, throw in those roasted peppers and mix them in for a a minute so all the favors are melded.
