It’s so much easier to achieve goals and successful change when we break it down into steps. Any long term goal will look daunting from the start, so let’s switch our focus to only what needs to be done today.

It’s Friday morning. As we move into the weekend, think about what you’d like to have happen over the next 3 days. For me, it’s a dedicated healthy weekend!! With lots of holiday celebrating in the near future and coming off of Thanksgiving and a trip to NYC, my short term goal for the weekend is to get plenty of sleep and get back to “clean eating”. I feel my best when I’m sticking to mostly non processed Power Foods and I can do that today.

    Thanks for the inspiration today!! I’m at my desk, drinking my almond milk with a little decaf chai latte in it…instead of gulping down a hot chocolate from Cocoa Bean.
