Isn’t the above message so true?  Happiness and health for ourselves, our family and friends is what I find myself praying for more and more and we simply can’t buy either. If you haven’t already heard, Oprah has become a Weight Watchers member and purchased 10% of the company because she believes so strongly that the WW lifestyle is the way to finally take lasting control of her weight.  Extremely exciting for her, as well as for you and me!!  I just saw on Facebook a first look at one of the segments they shot of her talking about her weight and how even with all she is, has and does, it still negatively affects how she feels about herself everyday. Very compelling. A true example that we can’t buy health. Anyone who is reading this will relate to what she’s saying. So today’s Christmas Eve!!!  A day to put ourselves aside and focus not just on our own family and friends, but all of mankind. Our entire world sure can use as many loving thoughts as we can put out there!!  Love is universal and we have the choice to give it, so let’s do it!!

If health and happiness are goals for you in 2016, let’s stick together as we forge into the new year!!!!   Enjoy Christmas and know that we also have A LOT to look forward to in 2016.  Weight Watchers’ new program is called Beyond the Scale and it’s focus is the healthiest foods for us, fitness because we are worth it rather than as a temporary fix to offset over eating, and finding more fulfillment in our everyday lives. Incase you don’t know me well enough yet………I LOVE IT!!  Don’t you??   Come on, who doesn’t want those three things??  I hope you’re as excited as I am to address the whole package known and loved as YOU in the new year!!
