We are past the midway through the first full week of 2016 already!  Phew!!  I wasn’t going to post today but ran across this quote and know it to be true, so wanted to share.  What is one thing you can YOU do for a healthier, happier, more in control YOU today?

    Hi Tarah. Reading this as my husband is having his first chemo treatment, so it seems to be meant for us.

    Since I’ve been trying to buy and fix every high calorie food I can to get some weight back on him, it’s been quite a challenge to think about Weight Watchers. Luckily, I met my goal some time ago and continued to lose weight, so I’m down from my lifetime goal with quite a few pounds to spare. Since we’ve been in the hospital so much since October, I’ve been eating hospital food and now trying to actually cook high calorie things without undoing too much of my work from the past year and a half.

    Hope you’re doing well. It sounds as if you are. Happpy 2016!
