Can be found at Meijer, Jewel and most large grocery stores

In the eternal quest for the perfect after dinner sweet treat that isn’t loaded with sugar, I’ve recently found this yogurt that surprisingly fits the bill!!  I know….it’s yogurt….but the chocolate “sauce” on top really does make it taste like a little sundae!  I’m not exactly sure how they make the sauce but it’s good!!   The consistency is thin, similar to chocolate syrup and although it’s not, it still tastes really good eaten bite by bite with the thick, creamy flavored Greek yogurt on the bottom. It comes in a few flavors. My favorites are the cherry, strawberry and vanilla. The banana sounded good but went from yummer to bummer quickly, so I’d avoid that one.

I get it at Meijer or Jewel but I think you can find it at most grocery stores. Give ‘er a try and let me know what you think!

Hey, also….did anyone try the chicken sausages I wrote about last week?  I think someone did because I heard Meijer was sold out!  Haha!  I should have stocked up on my own supply before I posted that one!  Did you like them?  Tell me, tell me, tell me!!!

All is well😄

Hi Terra, I don’t shop at Meijer, but I got some chicken sausages and made the sausage/peppers and onion concoction as a side dish for a big family gathering. It was great! I’ll make it for dinner some time in the future. Hope you are doing well.

Hi Terra. You probably don’t remember me but I attended your meetings in Naperville and followed you to Geneva. A series of events foolishly led to me abandoning my healthy WW eating habits and I managed to gain back about 30 of the 40 I lost. Three weeks and three days ago, on Saturday 5/14, a voice from an unseen source (the WW celestial being, no doubt!) clearly said “Go back to Weight a watchers.” I went in on Monday, 5/16, signed on for my second tour of duty and couldn’t be happier! I weigh in on Tuesdays, which means I’ll be heading out in a little while. I love the new Smart Points program. I am seriously measuring and weighing foods. But, the most amazing thing to me, is Connect. I am addicted! The stories and the pictures, the inspiration and the resolve are awesome. I honestly wish in my heart of hearts WW would showcase these success stories on the tv ads. These real everyday people who have had their lives transformed by WW have amazing stories to share.

Of course I remember you! I’m so glad your back and feeling good! There is no doubt the SmartPoints as an eating plan WORK!! It’s a management process and when we stop “managing” it’s easy to gain weight back…..you’re certainly not alone there. The awesome part is that we can get right back in control and once we take the first steps it feels really good and we want to keep going!! Thanks for the post and keep up the healthy lifestyle! I’m right here in the trenches with you
