STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE FLUFF

by | Sweet Treats, Tasty Tuesdays | 3 comments

Because plain yogurt just isn’t “dessert enough” by it’s self!

Oh do I love this one!!  It’s really been helping me stay on track, so I had to share!

I’m a sweet tooth. Always have been and at this point, looks like I always will be!  This makes cutting back on added sugar a challenge.  Many of my old favorite sweet foods, even when reduced calorie, are still loaded with sugar and I can see (and feel) how they tend to make me crave more and more.  Oh, and then even a little more. Haha:-)

I came up with this dessert concoction after lots of experimenting and because it fits all my criteria….

  1. Super delicious!
  2. Relatively low in added sugar.
  3. Has nutritional value and a good ratio of protein.
  4. Very satisfying. Doesn’t leaving me wanting more, more, more!

….it’s become my go-to after dinner/night time snack.

Give it a try and post a comment about what you think!!

All is well❤️

I doubled the recipe, put fresh strawberries on top and placed in the freezer to make it a little more like cheesecake! It’s so pretty! Wish I could post a pic… I’ll put it in my fb page. Thanks for the recipe – now to only eat a “portion” of it!!

This looks delicious, I’m going to try to make it in a large batch and bring it in on work food day. I’ve been looking for something lower in fat and healthier ! Maybe set a box of graham crackers by it like a dip? Thank you for the share !!

That’s a great idea! I don’t know the ratio of pudding mix to yogurt for a bigger batch, so use sparingly and go by taste. I’ve added too much cheesecake pudding powder before and it had that artificial taste, so just be careful of that. Let me know how it goes! Fresh strawberries would be good in it too!
