I’m usually not a fan of frozen ice cream bars, but this one shared by my dear friend, Anne, turns out to be a incredibly delicious!! I’ve been looking for a low sugar dessert that is low in calories. W-O-W was I surprised how much I like it!

I like the Halo Top ice cream a lot…..like A LOT…as in too much!!   I find it hard to portion half a cup out of the pint containers!!  It’s really easy to eat the whole container, it’s still too much.

Besides loving the pre-portioned size of the Enlighten Bars, the frozen hot chocolate has little bits of marshmallows and chocolate pieces that make it very, very tasty and more like a “real” treat.  It definitely doesn’t taste like “diet food”.  They also have a sea salt Carmel flavor but I haven’t tried that one yet.
