All The Ingredients You Need For Banana Ice Cream!

An oldie but a goodie!  This recipe is so simple yet so delicious and it’s perfect for these hot summer days.  If you have never tried it, you will be amazed!   If you used to eat it but have forgotten about it, you’ll be amazed all over again!!

Think creamy, rich, homemade ice cream and yep, that’s about what you’ll get!

Crazy, huh? Try it!

INGREDIENTS
1 Frozen Banana*
2 Tablespoons Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze
2 Pkts Splenda (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Fat Free ReddiWip** (optional)

In a mini food processor (a blender will work, but to get ice cream consistency, which is the whole point, a food processor works best) mix all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Pour into dish and garnish with Reddi whip or fat free Cool Whip.

That’s it! Now ENJOY!

*No matter how hard I try to time my banana purchases, we inevitably end up with brown bananas at my house!  Instead of throwing them away though, I simply throw in mini ziplock bags to use for this recipe :))
