“The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The next best time is now.”

Every bit of power we have is now. When we waste energy looking back and longing for change or living for the future because we want it to be different we miss out on living a joyful day!! We all deserve to be happy right now.

It may seem difficult to accept things as they are in the moment if they don’t seem to be exactly the way you want them, but once you do it, once you surrender and look for even the smallest kernel of good in what’s going on right now, quickly we are flooded with gratitude and Love. Gratitude feels so much better than longing for change!! SO MUCH BETTER.

Allowing what is to be and accepting it means allowing ourself to stop fighting and resisting. It opens us up to receive whatever blessings this day has to bring us. Doesn’t that feel like an easier way to live? Going with the flow rather than fighting to swim upstream?

Let’s live in the flow today and bask in what it brings. Find the easiest, most joyful, feel good thought you can right now and cling to it all day. When the any thoughts that don’t feel so good try to enter back in, shut the door and go back to what brings you joy. Watch what happens.

If your having trouble thinking of a feel good thought, see pic below of Oakley and Ivy…guaranteed to get your thought moving in a light hearted, happy direction😊 Haha! Who knew I’d ever love these two so much??? Never say never!

Have a fabulous day and hope to see you soon!!

All is well❤️

Exactly what I needed to read this morning! Thanks for reminding me that everything is exactly as it’s meant to be and that sometimes I need to reach for that attitude of gratitude. I always love seeing your babies!

My dog looks like Oakley. He’s a mini golden doodle and has one blue eye. He is 10 months old.

Hi Dana!!! They are both petite Golden Doodles Oakley is the one on the left…he’s 6y old and Ivy is his half sister (same Dad) and she’s 2y. Non shedding and quick to house train….they converted me to a “dog person”❤️
