No matter what behavior changes we want to make, the first action step needs to start with our thoughts. Determining WHY we want to incorporate a new behavior and what the reward or benefit of the new behavior will bring us as it becomes a habit will motivate us to follow through. Without a clearly defined “WHY” (reason and reward) it’s likely our wants and goals will continue as wishes instead of part of our experience.
Giving quiet, calm contemplation to what we want to experience and what we want our lives to look and feel like is an integral part of wellness. Once we gain clarity on that, it becomes easier make a plan and take effective action.
I’ve learned through experience how valuable these tools are through the chapters of my own personal wellness journey. Taking control of my thoughts has helped me immensely and I practice it everyday as new challenges arise. Helping others realize they can have, so, be whatever they want is my passion in life! Living on purpose through shifting our mindset and finding clarity brings positive change. When I get to hear about your successes, even the smallest wins, I become so excited I want to burst!!! I know how it feels to think you’re stuck but its never true. Our reality is based on our perceptions and a new perspective is simply one thought away!!
All is well❤️
