This recipe is so simple yet so delicious that you will be amazed! A big THANK YOU to Marge for sharing with the meeting last Thursday. I couldn’t wait to try it and when I did, I was not disappointed!!. Think creamy, rich, homemade ice cream! Crazy, huh? Try it!
INGREDIENTS
1 Frozen Banana*
2 Tablespoons Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze
2 Pkts Splenda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Fat Free ReddiWip**
In a mini food processor (btw, Marge was right when she said the Magic Bullet didn’t work as well for this. To get ice cream consistency, which is the whole point, you really need a food processor) , mix all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Pour into dish and garnish with Reddiwip. That’s it! Now ENJOY!
*(we are buying a lot of fruit these days at my house, so what doesn’t get eaten, I simply throw in mini ziplock bags before it spoils. We use frozen fruit for tons of things and frozen bananas are one of my family’s favorites)
**Reddiwip is optional but really adds to the presentation and makes it more fun!
