What a fabulous, long 4th of July weekend!! I hope you all enjoyed it as much as I did! Family, friends and lots of fun!

Now, back on track….start today fresh and get back to your healthy routine. It’s a challenge to ward off the “Monday Blues” after such a terrific weekend, so stand strong against any negative self talk that tries to take over your thinking.

If you stayed the healthy course through the celebrating….CONGRATS!!!! If you are in the “not so much” category, that’a fine too!!! Either way, NO regrets or guilt over the past, just gratitude for today and all the blessings at hand.

It’s all part of the process. It’s a journey and not a destination, so relax, settle in and let’s all enjoy the ride together!

Over the weekend I read the book written by Phil Robertson of Duck Dynasty entitled “Happy, Happy, Happy” and he’s definitely on to something!!! What a great read!

Let’s all do whatever we can to start this rainy, Monday morning off HAPPY, HAPPY, HAPPY!! It sure makes healthy eating easier!
