Be kind to yourself to yourself today.  We are all doing the best we can in the moment.  Dwelling on what we didn’t do “right” or didn’t do enough of or did too much of in the past, isn’t going to set us up for a good start to today.   Stop the cycle now and put yourself in a joyful place. We don’t always wake up feeling just phenomenal but that doesn’t mean that we can’t change our thoughts!  The best part of this life is that we’ve been given free will to choose our thoughts, regardless of the circumstances. Let’s take advantage of this amazing gift!   Toss out any thoughts that don’t bring you happiness…..you can dig them out another time (they seem to be fairly hard to get rid of all together!) if you want to feel less than wonderful! 

Instead, let’s CHOOSE to put forth as much effort to see the good in ourselves as we do to see the good in others. You are special. I am special.  Every single one of us is special and whether we choose to see it or not, we are divine perfection, just as we are.  I don’t know why that is so easy to forget, but I know it’s true.   I woke up trying to remind myself of  this and I decided to remind you too!!!  

Wake up to your perfection!!  Let’s make an effort to tune OUT any thoughts that don’t create joy. There’s a lot to be grateful for and it all becomes more apparent when we shut out the negativity and open our eyes and hearts to the good.
