Everyday is a new day and a fresh start. If you are back on track from Thanksgiving..CONGRATULATIONS, keep it up! If you aren’t that’s fine too…..but TODAY is your day. Don’t wait until the weekend is over or until things “slow down” to keep back on a healthy eating plan. Chances are, it’s not going to slow down any time soon and putting it off is really just an excuse for not making your health a priority. You deserve better than that and so do the people around you. Give yourself and your family an early holiday gift by taking good care of yourself so that you feel great and have more to give everyone else. If it’s the scale you fear, take a “No Weigh Pass” and just get to the meeting. The weigh in isn’t meant to be a punishment. It’s just one measure of your progress and if you know it’s up and can’t bear to see that right now, then by all means, DON’T. When you least want to come to WW is probably when you need to be there the MOST.
