Last week’s challenge from Weight Watchers was to spend 5 minutes a day checking in with yourself. In our meeting, I asked you to identify one question, that if you asked yourself at least once a day, would help you to stay on track and have a great week. Are you doing it? Are you tracking? Do you know what you are having for dinner tonight? Are you moving?
Whatever it is you want to focus on, now is the time to do it. Stay in touch with what you really want for yourself and make it happen!!!
