When we are working to make a change in our life or to accomplish a goal, often times it is just when we think we can’t take it anymore that the most growth occurs if we just stick with it. Persistence is one of the most important qualities in making any change. We can do ANYTHING we set out to do, if we don’t give up.

If you’re feeling frustrated with your weight loss or lack there of, go back to the very basics. There is no magic formula and it doesn’t have to be difficult or painful. Moderation, consistency and patience. Each day is a new start. Don’t strive for perfection, focus on sustainability and enjoying the journey along the way !!
