Fresh Tomatoes and Mozzarella

My friend Claudia cuts up light string cheese and halves grape tomatoes and puts them on tooth picks for a tasty and very eye appealing appetizer! Yum! Sprinkle with some basil and its almost “gourmet”! A great way to the gobs of fresh tomatoes we have access to right now. Enjoy!
