I know some members were talking about the 3-2-1 mug cake.

I had it tonight and it was absolutely delicious and worth it. I used Red Velvet Cake and Angel Food Cake.

So, you mix the cakes together. I used a Ziplock bag because it made it easy to mix and no clean up after :D. So you take 3 tbsp of the mixture. Add 2 tbsp of water and you put it in the microwave for 1 minute. That’s it. It grew to about half of my mug so about 1 cup of cake. But you eat it warm and you just make one portion. So I say it’s worth it. 🙂 And yes my mug says “Hot Babe” because we are all hot babes 😉

I put some fat free whip cream on and hit the spot… I really had a craving for cake.
