Raspberry Chocolate Torte

Good Morning Everyone!

Thanks for letting me vent yesterday! THANK YOU for all of your positive energy. It turned out to be a great day and I’m feeling good about being back on track. As much as I don’t like going through eating challenges, I do think they make us stronger. When we can take the negative eating experience and learn from it, it becomes easier for us to make different, better choices next time. That’s how good habits are formed.

80/20, my friends! I’m shooting for strong, healthy habits 80 percent of the time and the other 20 percent (like last weekend) I’m trying to learn how to let go if and move on!! Couldn’t do it with out the support of other Weight Watchers, so thank YOU!

A big thanks to Gretchen for sharing this week’s Tasty Tuesday food idea! Looks yummy!

If YOU have any great food ideas, please share! I have a nice collection for the next couple weeks from others who have written me and the variety is awesome!

Have a terrific day!!!!!!

Hi Terra
Happy New Year!

Thought I would share a concoction that I put together .
I used three Wasa Crisp n’ Light crackers and smeared 1/2 tsp. of Polaner All Fruit with fiber Raspberry spread on each. I sprinkled the top of each with 1/4 tsp. of Ghirardelli unsweetened cocoa powder…a little goes a long way
Add a few fresh raspberries and you have a nice sweet treat. Close your eyes and think raspberry chocolate torte…OK open them and face reality. Finish it off with a cup of Vanilla Caramel tea…

The Wasa Crisp n’ Light crackers are always a winner with guacamole or Laughing cow cheese also
