Good Morning!

Thanks so much to those of you who are emailing me your favorite recipes! It’s great to be able to share them with everyone through this website/blog. If you have an outstanding recipe or food idea, I’d love to hear from you!

I’ve been sticking with my personal goal of trying a new recipe or food idea each week and it’s been worth the effort. My family has been enjoying the new finds as much as I have and that makes staying on plan more FUN and livable!!

A giant THANK YOU to Anne for this dessert! I have not tried it yet, but from the looks of the ingredients, there isn’t anything not to like!!

Have a fabulous day!!

All is well!

Dear Terra,

Here’s another recipe I saw on Facebook that I tried yesterday for a dessert contribution to a party. It was a big hit, even with the non-Weight Watchers crowd, including my teenage daughter and her friend. It is very easy to put together. The hardest parts are waiting for it to set in the refrigerator and then not eating the whole thing! Yum!!
Enjoy your Sunday!
Anne

Butterfinger Dessert

Ingredients

1 (10″) prepared angel food cake, cut into 1″ cubes (I bought one pre-made because I didn’t have time to bake)

1 (1 oz.) package of sugar free, fat free butterscotch pudding mix

1-1/2 cups skim milk

1 (8 oz.) containers Cool Whip FREE, thawed

10 fun-size Butterfingers candy bars, crushed

Directions
Spray 9″ x 13″ pan with cooking spray.
Arrange half of the angel food cake cubes in bottom of pan.
In large bowl, combine the pudding mix with skim milk.
Whisk until pudding starts to thicken.
Fold in both containers of Cool Whip FREE.
Pour half of the “fluff” mixture over the cubed angel food cake in pan.
Top with half of the crushed Butterfinger candies.
Repeat with the rest of the cake, fluff and candy.
Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving, or overnight.
15 servings;
