Hi Everyone!
Happy Tuesday. I LOVE this dessert because it’s SO yummy! Clean foods make us feel energized!! I promise you’ll enjoy it!
Fruit Crisp
Serves 2
One large bag of frozen fruit.
My two favs are mixed berries, as pictured or peaches
One individual cup of WW no sugar added oatmeal
(It comes in berry flavor or maple brown sugar-when I make peach crisp, I like to use the maple and brown sugar flavor. The berry oatmeal is the one I use when I make mixed berry crisp,)
1/2 can of diet Sierra Mist or other lemon-lime diet soda
Cinnamon and Stevia or Splenda-to taste
Preheat oven to 375*
Spray a baking dish with non stick cooking spray.
Empty full bag of frozen fruit into the baking dish
Sprinkle cinnamon and Stevia ( or sweetener of your choice) generously over frozen fruit
Sprinkle the individual WW cup of oatmeal over the fruit
Pour the diet Sierra Mist (or diet soda of choice) over the fruit and oatmeal
Bake for about 20 minutes or until bubbly.
Optional: top with a scoop of Edy’s frozen yogurt, pictured below, if desired
It’s super easy to make and keeps well in the fridge. Just microwave it for a few seconds to reheat OR eat cold. It really is one of my favorite desserts and amazingly guilt free!! Let me know if you like it!
When I put this into the recipe builder it is 4 pts per serving (without frozen yogurt). Why is this? I don’t understand the explanation on etools either about calculating before the PPV is applied????
