It’s a fresh year and it’s time to get back on track, if you have not already! Believe me, it feels good! Don’t waste a single moment procrastinating getting back to a healthy lifestyle. It’s also an absolute waste of time and energy worrying or feeling bad about where you are at in your weight loss, or lack there of at this moment. It doesn’t matter if you have 5 pounds to lose of 105 pounds….the same behaviors apply for today for all of us and that’s a good thing. The sooner we can gear our thoughts towards gratitude for TODAY, the sooner and more powerfully we will be able to take action and make the changes we choose.
