Negative self talk not only makes us feel bad, it affects our actions, behaviors and ultimately our success in getting what we want. Everything starts with a thought, so we need to choose wisely! We have the power to make today a good day or a not-so-good day based on what we focus on and repeat to ourselves throughout the day. What amazing power we have, right? So let’s use it!
