What’s For Dinner Tonight?

With all of the holiday errands and running around, it’s easy to forget about what your having for dinner on a normal Wednesday night like tonight. If your anything like me and you show up at home tonight, tired, with a million things still left to do and there is no dinner plan, it can be a Weight Watchers disaster!

Although your busy, as you’re reading this, formulate a quick, healthy plan for the rest if the day. If you don’t want to cook, think ahead and plan what restaurant will best suit you. Chinese gives some great options. I love getting steamed veggies and shrimp with the sauce on the side. It’s such a great to have someone else prepare the veggies!!!

Whatever your day holds, make it less stressful by making a plan! It’s the holidays….lets enjoy ALL aspects of it and be grateful :-))
