Instructions
Bring pot of water to boil
Cut cauliflower into small pieces, and cook in boiling water for about 6 minutes, or till well done
Drain well; do not cool but immediately pat very dry between several layers of paper towels
Using immersion blender or food processor, puree hot cauliflower with cream cheese, parmesan, garlic, chicken base and pepper until almost smooth
Garnish with chives and serve hot with pats of butter
