Cut each baked potato in half. Gently scoop out the center, leaving the skin intact and enough of the pulp to form a relatively sturdy "boat"
Mix baked potato pulp, fat free Greek yogurt and Ranch seasoning packet until fully blended. I used my Mix Master, which made it quite easy. I'm sure a hand mixer would work just fine. After the mixture is relatively smooth, stir in the steamed broccoli. I cut the broccoli fairly small before I steamed it. I added it and continued to mix with the Mix Master
Stuff each potato half as full as it will allow. I put all 6 potato halves in a Pyrex to help hold them together. Sprinkle each potato half evenly with shredded cheese
COVER the potatoes with foil and heat in the oven until warm....which for me was about 20 minutes on 350*. Once the potatoes are heated through, remove the foil to let the cheese brown up for about 5 more minutes.
